Secure checkout

Quilovat uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology so that shopping with us is as safe as it can be. SSL encrypts sensitive information, passwords and card numbers included, while it travels between your browser and us. Every form on this site is protected that way, which keeps your personal details out of the wrong hands.

The secure connection starts the moment you begin your order. You can check it yourself: look for the closed padlock in your browser and make sure the address of the page begins with https.

Payment terms

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and UnionPay. You can also pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Which methods are open to you is shown at checkout.

Prices on this website and at checkout are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) and already include GST, HST, PST or QST where it applies in your province. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The figure at checkout is the whole amount you pay, and nothing further is due on delivery.

We take payment when your order is placed. If we cannot accept your order, we refund that payment in full. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds in our Return and Refund Policy, and the conditions that apply to every order in our Terms of Service.

PCI compliance

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is the information security standard for organisations that handle card and revolving credit data. It was drawn up by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council to tighten the controls around card data and cut card fraud.

Your payment information

Your full card number never reaches us. Once a purchase goes through, all we can see is your billing information, your delivery information, the details of your order and the last four digits of your card. Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers over encrypted connections, and Quilovat does not store full card details on its own servers.
